Back To Work Bliss Balls
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts
½ cup coconut
 cup dates
1 tbsp Matakana Lions Mane Mushroom powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
Zest of 1 orange
Juice of 1 orange
Method 
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed food processor until combined into a dough.
  2. Roll together in balls (cover in extra coconut if desired) and store chilled in an air-tight container.
