
This Coconut Cider Vinaigrette tastes divine and is super quick and easy to make. Simply add all the ingredient to a jar, shake and you're done. The perfect condiment to pour over a leafy green salad or roast veggies and way better for you than any store bought dressing.
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Matakana SuperFoods Coconut Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Matakana SuperFoods extra-virgin chia seed oil or olive oil
1 tablespoon Matakana SuperFoods Coconut Nectar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Pinch salt
METHOD
1. Place all ingredients in a jar, screw on the lid and shake until well combined.
2. Serve with a leafy green salad or drizzle over roast veggies. Can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
