Golden Milk (Turmeric Latté)

Turmeric is quite amazing stuff. It's thought to boost your all around mood as well as helping your body to deal with day-to-day physiological stress.

1 cup milk (coconut, almond, soy or rice milk)
1 cup of boiled water
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 heaped tsp Coconut Nectar
1/2 tsp peppercorns
Drop of lemon


Add all of the above ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a light simmer.
Taste test it - as you may want to add more sweetness or more spice!
