Alternative Solutions for Acne-Prone Skin
Trying to treat pimples from the outside has mixed results for many people - it doesn’t seem to stop more arriving.
Here are a few things you can do to help the overall health of your skin from the inside.
Here’s what you do:
Forget about expensive scrubs and lotions – just wash your face three times per day with plain water and give it a good pat dry with a clean towel afterwards to make sure your face is clean.
Take 1x Mangosteen pericarp capsule, 1x Maqui berry capsule and 1/2 teaspoon Camu Camu powder morning and night.
Stick with this routine for thirty days – you will start noticing a difference straight away but keep going with this routine for a full 30 days – then you can cut the dose down to once per day (before bed) for another 30 days and then finally as long as your skin stays clear maintenance of 1-3 x per week.
These three powerful products are 100% natural, contain key phytonutrients and as well as supporting clear skin will also support your overall health from the inside out.
The sacha inchi oil will help any scarring you may already have to heal. Take 1 teaspoon per day (you can also put this over salads and veges ) and in addition massage a little into any old zit scars you have – Sacha Inchi oil comes from the Peruvian Amazon and has the highest essential fatty acid (skin food) score on the planet-93% plus all 8 natural factors of vitamin E and a little vitamin A plus antioxidants.
Got an emergency zit? Break 1 mangosteen capsule open and, in a clean bowl or glass, add the Mangosteen powder to a few drops of Sacha Inchi Oil, mix them together into a paste with a clean finger, and apply to the emerging zit before bed – it will be a funny red colour so best to do this at home. Cover the remaining paste (air tight and put it in the fridge. It will last about 3 days if you need to re-use it).
One more bit of advice to go with this system. Ever noticed when you eat certain foods zits can start to form like mini volcanoes almost instantly? This is obviously a chemical reaction to what you are eating, and it’s most likely to be fructose (fruit sugar or corn fructose which is present in whatever you ate). Keep fructose and sugar in general to a minimum – the zits are feeding off it. So avoid too much fruit and all fruit juices/agave nectar and foods loaded with fructose until your skin clears.
Instead if you need an alternative natural sweetener use pure coconut sugar in moderation.
