Our Gluten Free Baking Pack contains Organic Coconut Flour, Organic Instant Quinoa Powder, Organic Instant Chia Powder and Organic Purple Corn Flour.
These flours and powders each have their own unique beneficial nutrients and can be used to create healthy versions of your favourite recipes.
HOW TO USE
Coconut flour is excellent for making bread, cakes, pies and cookies, just be sure to add more liquid/eggs to your recipe as it is quite absorbent.
Our Instant Quinoa Powder has been optimised for easier digestion and absorption making it ready to eat straight from the pack, unlike regular quinoa flour which requires cooking before consumption. Simply add to smoothies, milk, baking, bliss balls or energy bars.
Instant Chia Powder is perfect for adding to gluten free recipes which require a soft and doughy texture (similar to how gluten gives bread its softness), it can also be used to give your everyday recipes a boost of beneficial omega-3 fatty acids. Add to cereal, porridge, baking and smoothies.
Purple Corn Flour is an antioxidant rich, high-quality flour with more than double the antioxidant levels of blueberries! Use it in place of some of your regular flour in baking and cooking or use it on its own to create delicious pancakes, muffins or even tortillas!
