The sweetness of our Stevia with Monk Fruit Powder primarily comes from steviosides and mogrosides which have no impact on blood glucose levels making it a great sugar alternative for diabetics and those requiring less sugar in their diet.
Stevia with Monk Fruit is around 200 times sweeter than regular sugar therefore a little goes a long way.
Usage ratio: Approx. 1/16 teaspoon Stevia with Monk Fruit = 1 teaspoon regular sugar.
Use to sweeten beverages, sauces, baking and cooking.
