Ever scrolled past those irresistible blue breakfast bowls or mesmerising mermaid lattes and wondered, "How do they make them look like that?" Well, the answer is blue spirulina, a powder that's not only aesthetically pleasing, but has a ton of health benefits too!
It's almost too blue-tiful to eat!
Blue Lagoon Smoothie
Ingredients
2-3 frozen bananas
½ cup coconut cream
⅓ cup almond milk
1 medjool date
1 tsp blue spirulina
Squeeze of lemon (optional)
Method 
1. Blend the banana, date and coconut cream until it forms a thick smoothie.
2. Separate into two bowls, and mix together blue spirulina in one half.
3. Layer in your favourite jar and top with granola.
