Why choose our coconut sauces over regular sauces?
Gluten intolerances are becoming increasingly common. This is due to our immune systems overreacting to gluten, causing conditions such as coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity. Coeliac disease primarily causes inflammation in the small intestine, making it difficult to absorb nutrients from food – not to mention pain and gastrointestinal upset! Many sauces you find on the supermarket shelf (including the likes of soy sauce) include gluten and can therefore pose a problem to those with gluten sensitivity.
Another additive to many sauces on the market are sulphites. Sulphites are added to food to preserve them, but can also be a source of allergy-like symptoms in some people.
Our coconut sauces are free of both gluten and sulphites, meaning they’re a great option for people who suffer from these adverse reactions. They are naturally sweet and sustainably sourced from coconut palm trees grown in remote co-op farms in the Philippines.

1. CocoNot Soy sauce.
Known as ‘liquid aminos’ or ‘coconut amino sauce’, our Organic CocoNotSoy Sauce is a delicious, 100% natural, soy and gluten free soy sauce alternative. Made from only pure fermented coconut nectar and sea salt, this flavourful sauce is the fantastic addition to stir-fries, sushi, dressings and marinades, or for use as a delicious all-purpose seasoning.
2. Coconut Balsamic Vinegar.
This yummy balsamic style vinegar can be used as a salad dressing or in sauces and marinades. It has a wonderful savoury and slightly sweet flavour, without the strong sour taste typical of many other balsamic vinegars.
3. Coconut Cider Vinegar.
Our Organic Coconut Cider Vinegar is 100% natural and made from fermented organic coconut nectar. It’s produced by a completely natural fermentation and aging process and contains no additives or preservatives. With its delicious sweet and sour taste, it’s ideal in salad dressings, sauces and marinades. We like to use it in place of apple cider vinegar!
4. Coconut Hot Chilli Sauce.

Our Organic Sticky Coconut Amino Sauce is a delicious, teriyaki-style sauce that can be used in a wide range of savoury dishes. The sauce is made from freshly harvested coconut nectar, coconut nectar vinegar and sea salt which are naturally processed through a fermentation and aging process with no additives or preservatives. It is then reduced to a thick and sticky consistency. Yum!
