Protein Chocolate Mousse
250g firm tofu
1 cup almond milk
2 scoops Matakana Chocolate Protein Powder
2 cup cacao powder
¼ cup rice malt syrup or organic maple
Yoghurt, for topping
  1. Blend the tofu, almond milk, Chocolate Protein, cacao powder and sweetener in a high speed blender until silky smooth.
  2. Pour into glass jars and top with yoghurt.
  3. Chill for a few hours prior to serving! Top with your favourite toppings.
