However after a while I came down with extreme diarrhoea. When I researched the recomended dose is not to exceed 600 mg per day, 300mg twice per day, and to have a break after 6 weeks of 4-5 days. Not 1.4g as I had been taking, the dosage of this powder. Has taken nearly 3 weeks to get under control. Will try again after a while, but on the lower dosage.
