Really strong authentic product
Love this greens powder. I started with a small bag because I wasn’t sure I wanted to commit to a bigger bag. Been giving my husband a super greens smoothie for the drive to work everyday, instead of the usual toast, and he loves it. Sweeten/thicken with frozen banana, flavour with matcha or berries or fresh ginger w/citrus, or flavoured inulin powder, add collagen and/or ashwaghanda- amazing! He feels great. Needless to say my last order was the big bag. My 10yr old and I also love it. Great product.

Depending on the time of day your order is placed, we strive to have your order dispatched within 1- 3 working days. Please note that this period may be extended during statutory holidays and over the Christmas/New Year period.
Orders over AU$100.00 qualify for free shipping.
Order values under $100 incur a flat shipping fee of $15.
Expected dispatch time is 1-3 working days unless there are issues beyond our control. Orders are shipped via DHL or AU Post.
Middle East tracked NZ$45.00.
Philippines tracked NZ$40.00.
Rest of the world tracked NZ$35.00.
International orders are shipped via DHL. Expected delivery time is 5-10 working days for most destinations, however, it can be 10-14 working days for more remote locations. We also reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees depending on the weight, volume and delivery location for your order. We will contact you to confirm shipping costs before processing your order if this is the case.
International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Matakana Superfoods. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
Matakana Superfoods is open 5 days a week, Mon-Fri. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
When you place an order you have the opportunity to state instructions for the courier to leave the parcel somewhere on your property. Please note that you do this at your own risk and there is no way to claim your goods should they not arrive, or are stolen.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our website we are unable to intercept the parcel, so please ensure the contents of your order are correct at purchase and that the correct address and delivery details have been included at checkout.

Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy
1. We will provide a full refund or replacement (at your election) if the quality of goods delivered is unacceptable (proof may be required). This is on the condition that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods either by phone or email (to be obtained from the website). We recommend you check the contents of your parcel prior to signing the courier.
2. Before returning any goods, the customer must contact MATAKANA SUPERFOODS by phone or email (to be obtained from the website).
3. We do not accept cancellations once your order has been handed to our courier for delivery.
4. We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns.
5. All eligible refund requests will be processed within 30 days.
6. Subject to the terms above, we are happy to refund or replace any item requested within 30 days of delivery.

You can choose one of the payment methods below for your order each time you place an order.
Credit Card Payment via Stripe credit card payment gateway or Paypal. All credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases outside of New Zealand. New Zealand.
