HOW TO USE
Mix a tablespoon (approx 10g) into a glass of water
or juice, stir well and consume immediately. Or add to yoghurt, cereal,
smoothies, bread dough, gravy, or soup. It is recommended to start with a
low dose and build up gradually to suit.
