Our Turkey Tail Mushroom is wild harvested from the vast Siberian and sub-arctic forests where this species of mushroom produces high-quality phytonutrients.
Dual extraction, cold water propriety technology is used to ensure bioavailability of key compounds from the fruiting body. A ratio of around 15 kg of dried mushroom is used to produce 1 kg of bioactive Turkey Tail powder.
Compared with other general extraction technology, the use of low temperature wall breaking + fractional precipitation technology, ensures the nutrients and various biological activities in the beta glucan component of this mushroom are retained.

UK and International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. Shipping Terms & Conditions
Matakana Superfoods is open 5 days a week, Mon-Fri. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
When you place an order you have the opportunity to state instructions for the courier to leave the parcel somewhere on your property. Please note that you do this at your own risk and there is no way to claim your goods should they not arrive, or are stolen.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our website we are unable to intercept the parcel, so please ensure the contents of your order are correct at purchase and that the correct address and delivery details have been included at checkout.
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
