Raw Cacao Tart

Serves 8



Tart crust

6 big dates

1/4 cup almonds

2 tsp. sunflower seeds

2 tbsp. flax seeds

1 tbsp. extra-virgin organic Coconut Oil

Tart filling

1 ripe banana

1/2 ripe avocado

2-3 tbsp. organic Criollo Heritage Cacao

2 tbsp. organic Coconut Nectar

2 tbsp. melted extra-virgin organic Coconut Oil



1. Blend the crust ingredients together and press into a shallow baking tin.

2. Mix the filling ingredients together and blend until smooth. Layer the mixture on top of the crust in the baking tin.

3. Let this delicious tart set in the fridge for an hour before serving.

4. Decorate with nuts and berries!
