Energy Smoothie


Serves 1

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 ½ Tablespoons coconut butter
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cupuacu powder
1 small frozen banana (cut into pieces)
Coconut sugar (optional decoration)

Method

Place all the ingredients excluding the coconut sugar into a blender and blend until well incorporated.
If using coconut sugar for decoration wet the rim of your serving glass with water before dipping in sugar then fill with your smoothie.
