RASPBERRY AND CACAO ENERGY BALLS
Makes 16 energy balls
- Combine almonds, peanuts and dates in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are well combined for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add cacao powder, red raspberry powder and coconut nectar and blend for one more minute.
- Use a tablespoon of the mixture to roll into balls. Lightly dust with red raspberry powder.
- Serve, or store in the refrigerator.
