Quick and easy to make, these energy balls pack a flavour and nutritional boost!

Raspberry and Cacao Energy Balls

Serves 16 

Ingredients

1 cup almonds
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 1/2 cup organic dates
3 tbsp coconut nectar
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp red raspberry powder
Extra red raspberry powder, cacao and coconut for coating

 Method 

  1. Combine almonds, peanuts and dates in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are well combined for approximately 2 minutes.
  2. Add cacao powder, red raspberry powder and coconut nectar and blend for one more minute.
  3. Use a tablespoon of the mixture to roll into balls. Lightly dust with red raspberry powder.
  4. Serve, or store in the refrigerator.
